Comfort Jar

Doing our Soul’s Work in this world can feel really stretchy. Creating safety in our body is essential to us expanding into more visibility, impact and expression. Maybe, like me, you find it hard to remember or reach for the right tools when you’re activated. And so, I like to keep what I call a ‘comfort jar’ next to me when I work, full of super simple somatic tools. When I feel myself freezing or spiralling, I just have to ‘pull a card’ and follow along. Print out these tools and create your own comfort jar too.
