welcome to
Brand Therapy!
Before we dive in…
-
… so that it’s always within reach!
-
Click on the image to watch my 30-min Welcome video. I’ll talk you through our process, as well as the deeper purpose and principles that underly this work.
-
This course is self-led and evergreen. You can stay within the 6-week container to benefit from its structure and momentum; or you can go at whatever pace and rhythm feels good for you. There is no rush.
Regardless of how you choose to experience this journey, I encourage you to create some sacred space in your schedule to sink deep into this process. You’ll see guidelines for each week so that you know how much time you might need.
-
While this is a self-led experience, as encouragement to actually get your new branding into the world, I am offering video feedback for those that complete this process, and rework their branding.
When you’re ready, just click on the button below to submit your website or IG URL, along with any questions you might have. I’ll then record a personalised Loom video for you with my loving feedback.
Love, Christina

week 1
Home to Self
Feeling safe in our bodies is crucial to us feeling expressed in our work. And so we begin our journey by first coming home to our bodies through nervous system care and feminine embodiment.
After watching the video, I invite you to…
-
Space is where the magic begins. What do you need to say ‘no’ to in your life to create more space for your own nourishment?
Create a morning practice. If you don’t already have one, can you gift yourself at least 15 minutes each morning to be with yourself, be it through journaling, movement or anything else that delights your Soul?
-
Play with some of the Nervous System tools mentioned in the video whenever you feel wired:
Deep, slow breathing (inhale through nose, exhale with sound for extra support)
Self-massage / Self-hug (bonus: say some loving words to yourself at the same time)
Moving / dancing / shaking (helps metabolise stress hormones and complete stress cycle)
Toning / humming / singing (helps tone vagus nerve, which regulates nervous system)
Have a dance party to your favourite song!
Remember your own self-soothing tools, and create a mental ‘NS First Aid Kit’ that you can always remember and reach for.
-
Journal on your feminine wounds to help release any shame or pain that you’re holding on to in your sacral space - the source of your power, wisdom and creativity.
Reclaim your feminine pleasures - the things that delight your Soul and your senses.
Try my ‘Home to Self’ movement practice (jump to 1:07:55 in the video to revisit it). Gratitude to my feminine embodiment mentor Mana Mei for the foundations of this practice.

week 2
Fully Expressed
My approach to branding is quite ‘simple’. Know how your Fully Expressed Self feels, and create a brand that embodies Her.
After watching the video, I invite you to…
-
Here’s your Fully Expressed Journal. You can type directly into it (e.g. Mac Preview app > Markup Tools > add Text Box) or print it out if you prefer to go analog.
For this Brand Therapy journey, we will be focusing on the first 13 pages of the Journal to prepare us for the next module, but you are so welcome to work through the rest of the Journal in your own time.
If you’d like to distill you reflections into a Brand Compass, here is a Canva template for you.
-
There are 9 pages of journaling we’ll be doing before our next module, so please gift yourself some sacred time and space for this.
There is a visualisation, embodiment practice, and rituals weaved into this Journal. As you’ll be journeying through at your own pace, I encourage you to prepare a playlist as music can create a powerful container for your experience.
Feel free to use my Sacred Writing playlist or whatever you feel will loosen up your body and expression!
-
I invite you to drop into your body before writing, be it through breathing, movement or your favourite nervous system tool.
You can also use the first 5 minutes of the Fully Expressed Visualisation below as it’s a lovely way to drop into your body.

30-60 min Mood Boarding
WEEK 3
Brand Energetics
Using my Brand Spirits framework, let’s discover your Brand Spirit and create a Mood Board that captures the spirit of You.
After watching the video, I invite you to:
-
In case you’ve already taken my free version, this one gives you a more detailed breakdown in the results, so do take it again.
Also, you may consider taking it twice, once as you in this moment, once from the perspective of your Fully Expressed Self.
Take a screenshot of your results - the video will walk you through each Brand Spirit.
-
In what ways do you resonate with your quiz results?
What is your Brand Spirit giving your permission to do?
What are the ‘shoulds’ your Brand Spirit is giving you permission to let go of? What are the parts of you she’s empowering to express more fully?
Whether you’re a quiet Sage, or a soulful Poet - own it. You are most potent when you're being yourself.
I’d love for you to leave me a voice message and share your reflections with me!
-
-
Use my Mood Boards as a starting point to create your own Brand Board.
Hover over any image (Pin) that you like, and click on the drop down arrow in the top left corner. Click on ‘Create Board’, give it a name, and click ‘Create’. This will add the Pin to your board.
From hereon, you can just click on the red ‘save’ button to add more Pins to your board (check the drop down menu to make sure it’s saving to your Brand Board).
Pinterest will start suggesting ideas for you at the bottom of your Board. Pin any that you like; this is a great way to develop your own trail of inspiration.
You can also use the search icon at the top of your Pinterest page to find more inspiration (make sure it’s set to search ‘All Pins’!)
Add adjectives that describe your brand before each search phrase, e.g. ‘soulful brand photography’, ‘earthy colour palettes’, ‘minimalist mood boards’, ‘stylish branding’, ‘playful fonts’, ‘sacred symbols’, etc.

WEEK 4
Brand Imagery
An image speaks a thousand words… This week, I’m showing you how to curate an on-brand image library and plan a brand shoot.
Here’s a summary of this week’s video:
-
Back in week 2, I asked you to describe your Fully Expressed Self in 3 words. These are your 3 Brand Words - the core energy or feeling of your brand and visuals.
Add your 3 Brand Words to the description of your Pinterest Brand Board (feel free to refine them), and use them as a filter to cull any images that don’t quite resonate.
Look for any common threads, tones, themes, symbology, colours, etc…
-
While Pinterest is great for gathering inspiration, we don’t have permission to use those images. Unsplash and Canva are my favourite libraries for beautiful, mostly free, un-’stocky’ images.
Creating an image library in one go saves a lot of time, and helps you see if your images are sitting together cohesively. Add your images to a Folder in Canva, or a Collection in Unsplash, so that you have a ready-to-go library of images for your website, social media, newsletters, etc.
Rather than just searching literally, try searching energetically. Look for images that have the right mood, and that share a similar style, palette, tone, etc.
When you find an image you really like, use ‘hacks’ like clicking on the photographer, ‘magic recommendations’, ‘similar images’ or the collection its in to quickly find more images like it.
-
Beautiful images of you and your work and such an asset for your business. It helps build trust, cohesion and intentionality. It is also such a gift, to have your essence reflected back to you. My top tips for planning a brand photo shoot are:
Find a photographer that shares your aesthetic, and that cares about capturing the ‘real you’. Get on a call with them and trust your instinct. Share your work and brand board with them.
Prepare props - items that express your brand and work, be it literally or symbolically.
Prepare your outfits. Bottom line - whatever you feel good in, and feels aligned with your brand vibe. You can also go with what your Fully Expressed Self would wear!
Plan a shot list. You may want to think of 'scenes' that express your offerings, tools and themes of your work.
Location - whether it’s in a studio, your home, a rented space, or outdoors, good natural lighting is a huge plus.
Music - prepare a playlist with music that you love - it’s the best way to relax, get into your body, and create the mood you’re going for.
Bring a Friend (bonus) - this is great for capturing those natural 'in-session' shots.
Pamper yourself, whether it’s giving your hair & nails some love, doing your makeup, or getting plenty of sleep & hydration!
Think variety. Get both horizontal and vertical shots; zoomed-in details and wide-angle shots; face-to-camera portraits and in-action shots; pictures of you and pictures of your space and objects…

Canva and Creative Market are my favourite places to source beautiful graphic elements.
-
Here is your Canva Brand Style Guide template for your to add your brand colours, fonts, visuals etc.
There are 3 ways you can get the HEX colour codes for your brand colour palette:
Choose your favourite colour palette from your Pinterest Brand Board, and copy over the HEX codes if provided.
Otherwise, you can use a free tool like this one to ‘grab’ the codes from the palette, or any image that you love.
You can also upload to your Canva Brand Style Guide a screenshot of the palette, or an image that you love. Canva will create a palette (with codes) based on the image.
In case you want more colour palette inspiration, here’s another Pinterest Board for you.
-
Here is the Font Library I created for you. It’s a curation of my favourite Canva fonts which are also available in Squarespace or Creative Market.
Here are the Brand Spirit font collections I created in Creative Market:
Here’s how you upload a custom font to Canva.

Brand Visibility
Our journey together culminates in an exploration of visibility, and an invitation to share our expression through an IG Rebrand.
Watch the video, then refer to the prompts and links below:
-
1. Why does visibility matter to me?
2. What is my personal story when it comes to ‘being seen’?
3. What beliefs or emotions do I have around visibility?
4. How do I express myself most naturally (and how can this in my visibility)?
5. What channel / platform / medium do I most enjoy?
6. Who and where are my kindred spirits?
7. What structures (masculine) do I need to free up my expression (feminine)?
-
If Instagram is a space you want to play in, I invite you to take the Instagram Rebrand Challenge! This is an opportunity to bring together everything you’ve learnt during this Brand Therapy journey, and show up in a beautifully aligned way.
Remember, this is NOT about perfection, it’s about intention. It’s about creating alignment, ease, and flow. It’s about getting YOU out into the world.
Use the chessboard pattern I share in the video, or don’t! Whatever frees up your expression.
